This past year was a busy one for NH AWHONN.  In addition to our classic conferences--S.T.A.B.L.E., Post-Anesthesia Care of the Cesarean Birth Patient, Basic Fetal Monitoring, and Labor Support for the Patient and for the Nurse--we had Lisa Miller, CNM, JD, and Dr. David Miller back to present on Fetal Monitoring in October. This was our third time having these very popular speakers come to New Hampshire, us, and it was our most successful conference with more than 220 participants. 

The NH AWHONN coordinating team meets every other month to address issues that affect us as nurses and our patients, as well as to plan all of our educational offerings.  The group is composed of staff nurses, managers, directors and educators from around the state who volunteer their time.  Even with this wide representation, however, we are always interested in input from our members.
